本数据集主要研究内筒为构建了载氧体体相氧迁移动力学的实验及建模方法;制备了用于测试体相氧迁移的动力的学片状载氧体材料;以硫酸渣、赤泥和Fe-Al复合载氧体为研究对象建立了三种材料的体相氧迁移动力学方程,比较了三种材料的体相氧迁移能力。构建了氧载体氧化/还原和构效规律的反应动力学机理和模型。相关数据于2020.01-2022.12在华中科技大学和东南大学研究完成,实验测试由自制采样装置平台完成,实验数据来源于实验研究及模拟研究,绘图软件为Origin
This dataset focuses on the experimental construction and modeling methods for the bulk oxygen migration kinetics of oxygen carriers. Flaky oxygen carrier materials were prepared to test the bulk oxygen migration kinetics. Taking sulfuric acid slag, red mud and Fe-Al composite oxygen carriers as research objects, the bulk oxygen migration kinetic equations of the three materials were established, and their bulk oxygen migration capabilities were compared. Reaction kinetic mechanisms and models for the oxidation/reduction of oxygen carriers and their structure-activity relationship rules were constructed. All relevant data were generated through research conducted at Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Southeast University between January 2020 and December 2022. The experimental tests were carried out on a self-made sampling device platform. The experimental data were obtained from both experimental studies and simulation studies, and the plotting software used was Origin.
