表面改性强化某款变速器一档斜齿轮寿命、粗糙度试验数据

本数据集面向变速器一档斜齿轮副表面改性强化进行研究。采用两电机动力循环试验台（CN-GZ-132）开展疲劳寿命试验，粗糙度采用东京精密表面粗糙度测量机（SURFCOM NEX 001SD-12）以0.3mm/s的测针速度进行测量。每组齿轮重复开展2~3次试验。数据集中的第三方CNAS检测报告依据GB/T 14229-2021和JB/T 5664-2007，获得了可靠的第三方认证结果。

This dataset is developed for research on surface modification and strengthening of the first-speed helical gear pair in transmissions. Fatigue life tests were conducted using a two-motor power cycle test bench (CN-GZ-132). Surface roughness was measured with a Tokyo Precision surface roughness tester (SURFCOM NEX 001SD-12) at a stylus speed of 0.3 mm/s. Each gear pair underwent 2 to 3 repeated tests. The third-party CNAS-accredited test reports included in this dataset were compiled in accordance with GB/T 14229-2021 and JB/T 5664-2007, providing reliable third-party certification results.
