To investigate the effects of cell-intrinsic loss of IL10RA on inflammatory macrophage function we performed gene expression profiling analysis using data from sorted lamina propria macrophages from bone marrow chimeric mice. Colonic mRNA profile comparisons of sorted macrophages from 14 week-old Cdcs1 C57BL/6 (WT) bone marrow chimeric mice reconstituted with bone marrow from only WT, only Cdcs1 Il10ra -/- or a 1:1 mixture of both.
