Intestinal macrophages modulate synucleinopathy along the gut-brain axis

We generated a digital spatial profiling (DSP) dataset from duodenal myenteric plexus of 3-month-old 3KL and WT mice, analyzing 2–3 ROIs per slide across 2 animals per genotype. The dataset comprises expression values for 25 proteins, including PD-associated targets, lysosomal and autophagy markers, internal housekeeping and background controls.
