Data set of viscoelastic contact modeling of a composite micropillar

This data set contains excel data files from Figure 2 to Figure 9 in the paper. Figure 1 in the paper shows the schematic diagrams and the corresponding 2D axisymmetric models of finite element modeling, involving no relevant data file. These original data were from the theoretical analysis and finite element modeling of viscoelastic contact.
