1991年-2007年全球海洋水体反射率数据集

全球水体反射率数据集的数据来源是SeaBASS数据库（全称“SeaWiFS Bio-optical Archive and Storage System”），由NASA海洋生物学处理小组（OBPG）构建的。现场观测资料均由全球海洋生物调查者贡献。数据采集依据美国航空航天局（NASA）制定的海洋光学规范。本数据集的水体反射率值定义为辐射亮度与辐射照度的比值，单位是1/sr。原始数据涵盖了1991年12月至2007年9月全球海域范围内已有的实测波谱数据。数据包括：水体反射率数据、观测地点的经纬度、观测日期等。数据集共4414条记录。

The global water body reflectance dataset is sourced from the SeaBASS database (full name: "SeaWiFS Bio-optical Archive and Storage System"), which was constructed by the NASA Ocean Biology Processing Group (OBPG). All in-situ observation data were contributed by global marine biological surveyors. Data collection was conducted in compliance with the marine optical specifications formulated by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). The water reflectance values in this dataset are defined as the ratio of radiance to irradiance, with the unit of 1/sr. The original dataset encompasses all available measured spectral data from global marine waters between December 1991 and September 2007. The dataset includes water reflectance data, latitude and longitude of observation locations, observation dates, and other related information. In total, this dataset contains 4414 records.
