This dataset is developed to meet the requirements of durability research and control strategy optimization for hydrogen supply and recirculation systems of fuel cells. The data originates from engine bench tests conducted by the Fuel Cell Laboratory of the National Fuel Cell Technology Innovation Center from May 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025. Data was collected via real-time communication between INCA software and the fuel cell controller, and processed using tools such as MATLAB and Excel. It mainly records the voltage data of the fuel cell during the 3000-hour durability test, performance parameters of key components including proportional valves, ejectors and circulation pumps, as well as control fluctuation information such as hydrogen supply pressure, hydrogen recirculation pressure, hydrogen pump power and pressure regulator valve opening. This dataset includes structured Excel analysis files and raw data files in MDF format. The Excel files cover operating condition duration statistics and multi-parameter averages at typical current points, while the MDF files store original sampled data in cycle-based excerpts. The total dataset covers records of the first 8 minor cycles in each of the 144 major cycles. It reflects the state evolution and performance degradation characteristics of the fuel cell hydrogen supply system during long-term operation, and is applicable to research directions such as fuel cell system reliability assessment, life prediction and control algorithm verification. The dataset has a capacity of 2.42 GB.
