液氢经增温增压一系列设备后通入燃料电池发动机,生成电能以供整车使用,通过调整控制器策略,实现液氢系统、发动机和整车的匹配性。整车在完成液氢系统和发动机调试方案后进行路试,要求≥100h,以实现液氢储供系统与整车系统匹配,试验项目包括动力性和可靠性试验等。数据内容主要包括了车速、加速时间、续驶里程、滑行阻力系数、质心高度、尺寸参数、质量参数等随车路试测试数据。
Liquid hydrogen is fed into the fuel cell engine after passing through a series of heating and pressurizing equipment, where it generates electric energy for vehicle operation. By adjusting the controller's control strategy, the matching coordination among the liquid hydrogen system, the fuel cell engine and the entire vehicle is achieved. Following the completion of the commissioning plan for the liquid hydrogen system and the fuel cell engine, the vehicle will undergo road tests with a minimum duration of 100 hours, so as to validate the matching between the liquid hydrogen storage and supply system and the overall vehicle system. The test items include dynamic performance tests, reliability tests and others. The collected data mainly cover on-board road test data such as vehicle speed, acceleration time, driving range, coasting resistance coefficient, height of center of mass, dimensional parameters and mass parameters.
