中国专利无效宣告数据

随着知识产权保护问题的日益重要，建立专利无效宣告制度成为夯实知识产权全链条保护、更好地推进知识产权保护工作高质量发展的重要助力。目前，世界各国均设有不同类型的专利权无效宣告制度。  我国国家知识产权局专利局复审和无效审理部成立于1985年4月5日，为国家知识产权局专利局内设机构，承担着对宣告专利无效的请求进行审理的职能。

As issues related to intellectual property (IP) protection grow increasingly critical, establishing a patent invalidation declaration system has become an important driving force to consolidate the full-chain protection of intellectual property and better advance the high-quality development of intellectual property protection work. At present, various countries around the world have established different types of patent invalidation declaration systems.

The Reexamination and Invalidation Trial Department under the Patent Office of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) was founded on April 5, 1985. As an internal institution of the Patent Office of CNIPA, it is entrusted with the function of hearing requests for patent invalidation declarations.
