选取太湖4个点位，对3个月份的滤膜DNA进行PCR扩增（ITS），共挑取495个有效克隆子测序，研究水华鱼腥藻不同基因型变化。
Four sampling sites were selected from Lake Taihu. Filter membrane DNA samples collected over three months were subjected to PCR amplification targeting the ITS region. A total of 495 valid clones were picked and sequenced to investigate the genotype variations of Anabaena flos-aquae.
