Development plan Sülldorf 2 2nd amendment Hamburg

The Ordinance on the development plan Sülldorf 2 of 5 September 1967, as amended on 10 June 1987 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette 1967 page 273, 1987 page 123) is amended as follows:
1. The attached "Annex to the Ordinance on the Second Amendment to the Ordinance on the Development Plan Sülldorf 2"
is added to the Regulation.
2. Paragraph 2(4) is replaced by the following:
"4. For the area hatched in the Annex:
4.1 The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I page 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I pages 466, 479), is authoritative; the base area is 0.4. Parking spaces must be reserved exclusively in underground garages.
4.2 On parts of the former parcels 86, 87 and 89 of the district of Sülldorf, a three-storey development in open construction is permitted in the area designated "A".
4.3 The designation of a 5 m wide public path between the streets Kamerstücken and Sülldorfer Knick is repealed; the area is included in the residential area."

1967年9月5日发布、1987年6月10日修订的《聚尔多夫2号开发规划条例》（刊载于《汉堡法律与条例公报》1967年第273页、1987年第123页），现作如下修订：
1. 本条例新增附件《〈聚尔多夫2号开发规划条例〉第二次修正案附件》。
2. 将第2条第4款替换为以下内容：
"4. 针对本附件中标注阴影线的区域：
4.1 以1990年1月23日版本、并经1993年4月22日最后一次修订（《联邦法律公报I》第466、479页）的《建筑使用条例》（原载《联邦法律公报I》第133页）为执行依据；建筑基底面积占比为0.4。停车位必须仅设置于地下车库内。
4.2 在原聚尔多夫区第86、87、89号地块的部分区域内，标注为"A"的地块中，允许采用开放式建造形式开展三层开发。
4.3 撤销卡梅尔斯图肯街与聚尔多夫克尼克街之间5米宽公共通道的命名规定，该区域纳入居住区范畴。"
