Development plan Sülldorf 2 2nd amendment Hamburg

The Ordinance on the Sülldorf 2 development plan of 5 September 1967 amending 10 June 1987 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette 1967, page 273, 1987 page 123) is amended as follows:
1. The attached “Appendix to the Ordinance on the Second Amendment to the Regulation on the Sülldorf 2 Development Plan”
added to the Regulation.
2. Section 2(4) is replaced by the following:
4. For the area designated in the installation, the following shall apply:
4.1 The Building Usage Ordinance as amended on 23 January 1990 (Bundesgesetzblatt I Page 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Bundesgesetzblatt I pages 466, 479); the base area number is 0.4. Parking spaces must only be placed in underground car parks.
4.2 On parts of the former parcels 86, 87 and 89 of the Sülldorf area, a three-storey building in open construction is permitted in the area designated “A”.
4.3 The expulsion of a 5 m wide public road between the streets Kamerstücken and Sülldorfer Knick is lifted; the area shall be included in the residential area.’

1967年9月5日发布、经1987年6月10日修订的《祖尔多夫2号开发规划条例》（载于《汉堡法律与法令公报》1967年第273页、1987年第123页），现作出如下修订：
1. 本条例新增附件《祖尔多夫2号开发规划条例第二次修正案附件》。
2. 原第2条第(4)款替换为以下内容：
4. 本设施指定区域适用以下规定：
4.1 1990年1月23日修订、最近一次修订于1993年4月22日的《建筑使用条例》（《联邦法律公报I》第133页，1993年版第466、479页），其基准地块编号为0.4。停车位仅可设置于地下停车场内。
4.2 在原祖尔多夫地块86、87、89的部分区域内，标注为‘A’的指定区域中，允许修建三层开放式建筑。
4.3 原拟在Kamerstücken街与Sülldorfer Knick街之间修建的5米宽公共道路，现予以撤销；该区域将纳入住宅区范围。
