以构建冶金—建材跨行业资源/能源协同耦合优化利用为目标,开展直接利 用高温熔渣制备铸石/微晶玻璃人工石材的研究。研究了在热量限制条件下的熔渣调质及其析晶性能,并开展放大规模的实验研究,分别制备了低成本大宗量应用的人造石材铸石材料,耐磨铸石板,以及微晶玻璃/铸石板建筑材料。

Aiming to realize the synergistic, coupled and optimal utilization of resources and energy across the metallurgical and building materials industries, this study investigates the direct production of cast stone/microcrystalline glass artificial stone materials using high-temperature molten slag. Specifically, the slag conditioning and crystallization performance under heat-limited conditions were systematically studied, and scaled-up experimental researches were conducted. As a result, three types of materials were respectively prepared: low-cost artificial stone cast stone materials suitable for large-volume applications, wear-resistant cast stone slabs, and microcrystalline glass/cast stone slab building materials.
