It is primarily utilized for real-time monitoring, monitoring-triggered alarming, alarm response, alarm cancellation and other related scenarios. It facilitates the fundamental transformation of the safety operation and management of urban infrastructure as a whole: shifting from invisibility to visibility, from post-incident investigation and disposal to pre-incident and in-progress early warning, and from passive response to active prevention and control, thereby comprehensively enhancing urban safety resilience.
