This dataset was generated during the discharge of safety supervision responsibilities for urban lifeline infrastructure, covering basic data including special gas-related information across the entire prefecture. It is primarily utilized for real-time monitoring, monitoring-triggered alarming, alarm response, alarm cancellation and other related scenarios. It facilitates the fundamental transformation of the safety operation and management of urban infrastructure as a whole: shifting from invisibility to visibility, from post-incident investigation and disposal to pre-incident and in-progress early warning, and from passive response to active prevention and control, thereby comprehensively enhancing urban safety resilience.
