本数据集包含的所有数据是在课题执行期间2022年01月至2023年12月采集获得,采集地点主要是矿冶科技集团有限公司、北矿检测技术有限公司、中冶一局环境科技有限公司测试中心以及江西铜业集团银山矿业有限公司。数据集涉及的数据来源于流态化试验样机以及闪速浮选试验样机开发过程中的清水、带矿试验以及仿真计算。数据的采集方案:1)流态化浮选微观过程研究采集方案:采用5500颗粒径为-0.25+0.2mm的石英颗粒(圆形率超过90%)构建流化床层可视化系统。,使用高速相机拍摄不同直径气泡穿越床层的运动图像,经过image j处理后得到气泡的运动轨迹和坐标参数,进而分析床层中的不同直径气泡运动速度和运动轨迹。通过多张图片FIJI (Fiji Is Just Imagej)分析校核统计的方式确保观测结果的精度;2)流态化设备气液分散与流态化过程研究采集方案:研究主要在实验室Φ200流态化浮选柱中进行,将槽内装入石英颗粒,使槽内固体颗粒的质量浓度为40%,通过多次重复取样,确保充气量测试结果的准确;3)不同矿物的流态化分选及闪速浮选的分选性能研究。根据试验样机实际容积,取干矿样和清水配成预设浓度的矿浆,将矿浆调浆后加入到试验样机中,再依次加入调整剂、捕收剂、起泡剂,充气后浮选一定时间得到上浮的精矿和样机内残留的尾矿,将精矿和尾矿分别过滤、烘干、称重、制样、分析。样品处理按照金矿物分析测定标准DZG20-01-1991方法进行处理和测定,金矿石铜量的测定采用化学分析方法第4部分(GB/T20899.4-2021)的标准来执行。数据容量约为80MB。

All data in this dataset were collected from January 2022 to December 2023 during the implementation of the research project, with the main collection locations including GRINM Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Beikuang Testing Technology Co., Ltd., MCC First Bureau Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. Testing Center, and Jiangxi Copper Group Yinshan Mining Co., Ltd. All data in this dataset originate from water-only tests, ore-bearing tests and simulation calculations during the development of fluidized bed test prototypes and flash flotation test prototypes. The collection protocols are as follows: 1. Collection protocol for fluidized flotation microscopic process research: A fluidized bed visualization system was constructed using 5500 quartz particles with a particle size range of -0.25+0.2 mm (circularity exceeding 90%). High-speed cameras were employed to capture motion images of bubbles with different diameters passing through the bed. The motion trajectories and coordinate parameters of the bubbles were obtained through Image J processing, followed by analysis of the motion velocity and trajectories of bubbles with different diameters in the bed. The accuracy of observation results was ensured by analyzing, verifying and counting multiple images via FIJI (Fiji Is Just ImageJ). 2. Collection protocol for gas-liquid dispersion and fluidization process research of fluidized equipment: The research was primarily conducted in a laboratory-scale Φ200 fluidized flotation column. Quartz particles were loaded into the column to achieve a solid mass concentration of 40% in the tank. Multiple repeated sampling was performed to guarantee the accuracy of aeration volume test results. 3. Research on fluidized separation of different minerals and separation performance of flash flotation: According to the actual volume of the test prototype, dry ore samples and clean water were used to prepare ore pulp with a predetermined concentration. After pulp conditioning, the ore pulp was added into the test prototype, followed by the sequential addition of regulators, collectors and frothers. After aeration and flotation for a specified period, the floated concentrate and tailings remaining in the prototype were collected. The concentrate and tailings were respectively filtered, dried, weighed, sample-prepared and analyzed. Sample processing and determination were carried out in accordance with the gold mineral analysis and determination standard DZG20-01-1991, and the copper content in gold ores was determined in line with Standard GB/T 20899.4-2021 (Method for Chemical Analysis of Gold Ores Part 4: Determination of Copper Content). The total data capacity of this dataset is approximately 80 MB.
