RNA-seq analysis of RPE cells from Sox9 cKO and wild-type control mice

RNA-seq analysis was applied in triplicates to RPE cells extracted at two developmental time-points (E15.5 and P5) from Sox9-cKO and wild-type control mice Transcriptome analysis of RPE cells, in triplicates, from two genotypes (Sox9-cKO and wild-type) at two developmental time-points (E15.5 and P5)本研究以三次生物学重复的RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术，对从Sox9条件性敲除（Sox9-cKO）与野生型对照小鼠中、于两个发育时间点（E15.5与P5）提取的视网膜色素上皮（RPE）细胞开展分析；本次转录组分析的实验对象为两种基因型（Sox9-cKO与野生型）的RPE细胞，同样设置三次生物学重复，采样覆盖两个发育时间点（E15.5与P5）。
