工艺性审查效率提升率验证过程统计数据

应用工艺性审查软件，开展基于知识的可制造性审查以及成本预评估，对产品模型进行全方位审查，输出审查结果，并反馈设计优化及闭环管理。尽早发现设计存在的与制造相关的问题, 使设计的产品在满足功能的前提下，充分考虑可制造性和成本控制等要求，从而实现工艺制造驱动设计，提升工艺性审查效率。

By applying process review software, this work conducts knowledge-based manufacturability reviews and cost pre-evaluations, performs comprehensive reviews on product models, outputs review results, and provides feedback for design optimization and closed-loop management. Early detection of manufacturing-related design issues allows the designed products to fully account for requirements including manufacturability and cost control while meeting functional demands, thereby realizing manufacturing-driven design and enhancing the efficiency of process reviews.
