For PPRTs, Article L515-16 et seq. of the Environmental Code provides that: ‘within the perimeter of exposure to risks, plans for the prevention of technological risks may, depending on the type of risk, their severity, their probability and their kinetics, draw up recommendations aimed at strengthening the protection of the population from the risks involved and relating to the development, use or operation of buildings, works, communication routes and campgrounds or caravan parking sites, which may be implemented by owners, operators and users’. These voluntary recommendations are intended to enhance the protection of the population from the risks involved.针对技术风险防范计划（PPRTs，Preventive Plans for Technological Risks），《环境法典》第L515-16条及后续条款作出如下规定："在风险暴露范围内，技术风险防范计划可根据风险类型、严重程度、发生概率及动力学特性，制定旨在强化民众对相关风险防护的建议，这些建议涉及建筑物、工程设施、通信线路、露营地或大篷车停车场的开发、使用或运营，可由业主、运营方及使用者予以落实。"此类自愿性建议旨在进一步提升民众对相关风险的防护能力。
