The whole metagenomes from early life (week 6, 11, or 15) or year 2 from Bangladeshi infant stool samples. Samples for metagenomic sequencing were selected based on 16S rRNA gene sequencing of the same samples to include early life samples that were either >65% Bifidobacterium or <20% Bifidobacterium. Year 2 samples were selected from infants who had an included early life sample. Host subtraction with BMTagger was completed prior to posting data.
