H3K36 methyltransferase SETD2 regulates lymphoid and neural development [RNA-seq]

Transcript analysis of RNA from murine proB cells to determine B cell repertoire and variable gene usage RNA proB cells (B220+Cd43+IgM-CD25-) sorted from control and Setd2 knockout mice was analyzed for expression and use in the TRUST B/T cell repertoire algorithm本研究针对小鼠前B细胞（murine proB cells）的RNA开展转录分析，以解析B细胞受体库（B cell repertoire）及可变基因使用（variable gene usage）特征。实验样本为从对照组与Setd2基因敲除小鼠（Setd2 knockout mice）中分选得到的表型为B220+Cd43+IgM-CD25-的前B细胞，采用TRUST B/T细胞受体库算法（TRUST B/T cell repertoire algorithm）对该类细胞的RNA表达及可变基因使用模式进行分析。
