Number of people aged 65 and over who stated “Yes, for everyone in personaenl” or “Yes, for most of the staff” on the question “Do you feel confidence in the staff in the nursing home?” divided by all people aged 65 and older in special housing who responded to the survey of older people’s opinion. “Do not know/No opinion” is excluded from the denominator. Data from 2012.
