The operation Trade index in large stores and food chains (IGSC) provides an indicator of a cyclical nature on the commercial evolution of sales and staff employed in the trade sector in large stores and food chains in the Basque Country. Commercial establishments with a sales area equal to or greater than 2.500 m² are considered to be large areas, while all companies with at least three premises, including large stores if owned, and more than 100 employees, are referred to as food chains. The information is disseminated at the level of historical territory as of 2015.大型门店与食品连锁商业运营指数（IGSC）可为巴斯克地区大型门店及食品连锁商贸领域的销售额与从业人员变化情况提供周期性衡量指标。其中，营业面积不小于2500平方米的商业经营场所被界定为大型门店；而满足至少拥有3家门店（若企业自有大型门店则纳入统计范畴）且从业人员超过100人的企业，则被归类为食品连锁。该数据集自2015年起，按历史行政区域层级对外发布统计信息。
