P.T.A.M.C. - C07 Regulatory regimes

The regulatory regimes contain: dynamic beach strips (high-hazard FDA, medium-hazard FDB and low-hazard FDC); high coast active cliffs (FAA band including cliffs with very high susceptibility to failure, FAB including cliffs with high susceptibility to failure); areas of bionaturalistic value (including ASR beach areas of environmental restoration, AFR areas of estuary of environmental restoration, ZTV areas of constrained processing and ZDR regulated recreational areas). Also reported as useful elements are the detailed isometric lines, the current shoreline, the locations of the cornerstones of the emerged beach profiles, the sections of beach obtained from the Lidar survey and the limits of proximity. Area 8 approved by Presidential Decree No 7 of 23 August 2016, area 15 approved by Presidential Decree No 18 of 25 September 2012 and areas 16.17.18 approved by Presidential Decree No 2 of 21 February 2023 are represented.本数据集涵盖的海岸管制区划包含以下类型：动态滩涂带（高风险FDA、中风险FDB及低风险FDC）；沿海高陡活动崖岸，其中FAA等级涵盖极易于发生崩坍的崖岸，FAB等级涵盖易于发生崩坍的崖岸；具备生物自然保护价值的区域，包括环境修复型ASR滩涂区域、环境修复型AFR河口区域、受限处理型ZTV区域以及受管制的ZDR休闲区域。此外，本数据集还纳入了多项有用地理要素：详细等距线、当前海岸线、出露滩涂剖面的基准石点位、激光雷达（Lidar）勘测获取的滩涂断面，以及邻近区域边界。同时，数据集呈现了经总统令批准的以下区域：2016年8月23日第7号总统令核准的8号区域、2012年9月25日第18号总统令核准的15号区域，以及2023年2月21日第2号总统令核准的16、17、18号区域。
