Disposable income per capita

Disposable income per capita (and the secondary indicator ‘primary income per capita’) is calculated from the sum of household income divided by the number of inhabitants. Households ‘primary’ income consists of compensation of employees and income of the self-employed, plus income from rental of real estate (actual or imputed to owner-occupiers) and income from movable property (difference between investment income and interest on loans). or “available” from households, account must also be taken of current transfers, i.e. payments between households on the one hand and mainly the government on the other (income taxes, social contributions, social benefits, etc.).

人均可支配收入（Disposable income per capita）及其二级指标人均初次分配收入（primary income per capita）均以家庭总收入除以常住人口数的方式计算得出。家庭初次分配收入由雇员报酬（compensation of employees）、个体经营者收入，加上不动产租赁收入（实际租金或归属于自住业主的估算租金）与动产收入（投资收益与贷款利息的差额）构成。若需核算家庭可支配收入，还需纳入经常转移收支范畴，即家庭与主要为政府部门之间的各类收支往来（如个人所得税、社会保险缴费、社会保险福利等）。
