Conducted by the Institute for Social Justice, this evaluation was commissioned by Theatre Hullabaloo to consider the impact of the Hullabaloo Baby Play Pack Programme on the experience of new parents and their babies during the Covid-19 pandemic. The evaluation used a quantitative survey (N=189), conducted before and after the distribution of the play pack, alongside qualitative interviews with parents (N=10) and health and culture sector professionals (N=7).本评估由社会正义研究所（Institute for Social Justice）承接执行，受哈拉拉布剧场（Theatre Hullabaloo）委托，旨在探究新冠疫情（Covid-19 pandemic）背景下，哈拉拉布婴儿游戏包项目（Hullabaloo Baby Play Pack Programme）对新晋父母及其婴幼儿体验的影响。本次评估采用定量调查（样本量N=189），在游戏包发放前后开展，并结合对10名家长及7名卫生与文化领域从业者的定性访谈。
