Number of answered “Always” or “Often” to the question: “How often do you experience studies in your classes?” divided by the total number of respondents to the question where the pedagogical staff have indicated that they are working in elementary school. The survey is conducted every two years in half of the country’s municipalities, so during a cycle over two years all schools in the country participate. For data at municipal level, the data refer only to pupils in municipal schools in the municipality in question.针对问题"你在课堂上参与学习活动的频率如何？"选择"总是"或"经常"作答的人数，除以该问题中表明自身在小学任教的教学人员的总受访者人数。该项调查每两年在全国半数市镇范围内开展，因此在每两年的调查周期内，全国所有学校均会参与其中。若为市镇层级的数据，则其统计范围仅覆盖对应市镇内市属学校的小学生。
