User assessment Personal assistance – All assistants understand the user, percentage (%)

Number of people with Personal Assistance who have answered Everyone to the question Do your assistants understand what you are saying? divided by all people with personal assistance who have answered the question. The answer options were Everyone, Some, None. The survey is not a total survey why the result for a municipality may be based on a smaller number of users’ answers, but at least five. For some municipalities, users are included in both the municipality’s own and other directories (private/ideal), for some only users on their own and for others only users on a different direction. The survey has been conducted with a web-based tool for surveys, adapted to people with disabilities. Data is available according to gender breakdown.本指标为开发用关键指标，详细信息请参见kolada.se网站的问答板块。计算方式为：接受个人辅助服务（Personal Assistance）的人群中，针对"您的辅助人员是否理解您的表述？"这一问题选择"所有人"的作答人数，除以所有参与该问题作答的个人辅助服务使用者总人数。该问题的作答选项为"所有人""部分人员""无人"。本次调查并非全面普查，因此单市镇的统计结果可能仅基于较少使用者的作答，但作答人数至少为5人。部分市镇的使用者同时被纳入该市镇自有名录与其他名录（私人/公益）；部分市镇仅纳入自有名录中的使用者；另有部分市镇仅纳入其他名录中的使用者。本次调查采用适配残障人士的网络调查工具开展。数据支持按性别细分获取。
