研究脱硝纳滤膜,是为分盐打下基础,我们设定的纳滤膜能将硫酸钠的截留保持在98%以上,而对单价盐截留率低于15%,在高盐度下甚至是负截留,该纳滤不仅对硫酸钠的浓缩同时又能分离单价盐,高压纳滤的浓缩可以将硫酸钠浓缩至15%,低能耗地解决了浓缩分盐问题。本成果汇集了大量膜的测试数据,应用数据。详见科技报告
This study on denitration nanofiltration membranes aims to lay a foundation for salt separation. The designed nanofiltration membrane maintains a sodium sulfate retention rate of over 98%, while its retention rate for monovalent salts is below 15%, and even exhibits negative retention under high salinity conditions. This nanofiltration membrane not only concentrates sodium sulfate but also separates monovalent salts simultaneously. High-pressure nanofiltration concentration can concentrate sodium sulfate to 15%, solving the concentration and salt separation problem with low energy consumption.
