示范工程单位为华电章丘发电有限公司,电厂废水浓缩处理系统主要处理一二期循环水排污水、二期工业废水池外排废水、脱硫废水(全厂四台机组共同产生的脱硫废水)和酸碱废水。设计处理循环水250m³/h,脱硫废水12m³/h,酸碱废水1m³/h。经过处理后,系统最终产生两种水质的水:纳滤产出的高价水、电渗析产出的高盐浓水和淡水,其中淡水回用至循环水预处理系统,纳滤产生的高价水回用于脱硫系统作除雾器冲洗水,电渗析产生的高盐浓水在二期机组锅炉旁路蒸发塔中进行蒸发。处理过程中产生的污泥经脱水后送至煤场掺烧。
The demonstration project entity is Huadian Zhangqiu Power Generation Co., Ltd. The power plant wastewater concentration treatment system mainly treats stage 1 and stage 2 circulating water blowdown, wastewater discharged from the stage 2 industrial wastewater tank, desulfurization wastewater (desulfurization wastewater jointly generated by the four units of the entire plant), and acid-alkaline wastewater. The designed treatment capacities are 250 m³/h for circulating water blowdown, 12 m³/h for desulfurization wastewater, and 1 m³/h for acid-alkaline wastewater. After treatment, the system ultimately produces two water quality streams: high-value water from nanofiltration, and high-salt concentrated water and fresh water produced by electrodialysis. Among them, the fresh water is reused in the circulating water pretreatment system; the high-value water from nanofiltration is reused in the desulfurization system as mist eliminator flushing water; and the high-salt concentrated water from electrodialysis is evaporated in the boiler bypass evaporation tower of the stage 2 units. The sludge generated during the treatment process is dewatered and then sent to the coal yard for co-combustion.
