退浆废水浆料多级膜浓缩与资源化装置是由东华大学研发的一套用于纺织行业高聚废水处理回用和资源回收的技术装置,通过“膜蒸馏-超滤二级浓缩工艺”可实现纺织印染废水中聚乙烯醇等高聚物的高效浓缩,优化工况下浓缩料液含固率可达10 wt%以上,料液经调质后可资源化制备为抑尘剂,运行成本为10.88元/立方米废水。本数据集包括2016.07-2021.06期间完成的:实验数据1份、新技术1项、新装置1套、论文3篇、申请发明专利5项。本数据集为纺织行业退浆废水处理提供预处理和资源回用技术参考。

The multi-stage membrane concentration and resource recovery device for desizing wastewater slurry, developed by Donghua University, is a technical system for the treatment, reuse and resource recovery of high-concentration polymer wastewater in the textile industry. Adopting the "membrane distillation-ultrafiltration two-stage concentration process", it realizes efficient concentration of polymers such as polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) in textile printing and dyeing wastewater. Under optimized operating conditions, the solid content of the concentrated feed liquid can reach more than 10 wt%. After conditioning, the feed liquid can be resourcefully prepared into dust suppressant, with an operating cost of 10.88 yuan per cubic meter of wastewater. This dataset covers the achievements completed between July 2016 and June 2021, including 1 set of experimental data, 1 new technology, 1 set of new device, 3 academic papers, and 5 pending invention patent applications. This dataset provides technical references for pretreatment and resource reuse of desizing wastewater treatment in the textile industry.
