Operational analytics data for electric vehicle (EV) chargers comprehensively evaluates the operational status of charging facilities through two core metrics: charging cost per unit of electricity and hourly charging rate. This dataset can be used to develop optimal charging strategies for EV chargers, catering to the needs of diverse users and optimizing energy utilization. On the other hand, numerical monitoring of the State of Charge (SOC) change before and after charging enables timely detection of anomalies during the charging process, facilitating equipment fault diagnosis and prognosis. Furthermore, leveraging historical data, it can predict users' future charging behaviors, charging completion times and charging costs, thereby delivering an enhanced user experience. Through in-depth collection and analysis of local new energy vehicle (NEV) charging transaction data and charging power data, the power utilization rate of charging piles can be accurately calculated, and trends in charging demand changes can be derived therefrom. The analysis results provide precise decision-making basis for grid companies and charging pile operators regarding capacity expansion or reduction, ensuring the scientificity and rationality of resource allocation. Power utilization rate data also offers solid data support for marketing strategies, allowing operators to optimize the distribution of charging piles by analyzing charging demands across different regions and time periods, thereby improving user charging experience and enhancing customer attraction and loyalty.
