Share (%) of the presidencies of the region held by women. Refers to the Chairman of the Regional Board and Boards/Committees/Preparations that fall directly under the Regional Council. The statistics are produced only every four years but in Kolada it is published in addition to the measurement year T also on year T+ 1, T+ 2 and T+ 3.该地区女性担任主席职务的占比（%）。具体指区域理事会直属的区域董事会、各委员会及筹备工作组的主席职位。该统计数据每四年生成一次，但在Kolada平台中，除发布测量年份T的数据外，还会同步发布T+1、T+2及T+3年份的统计数据。
