VPRS 10173 Insolvency Court Taxing Officers Register

All bills presented with respect to an insolvent estate by persons other than trustees such as barristers and solicitors, auctioneers or brokers had to be passed and taxed by the Chief Clerk of the Court (S27 Insolvency Act 1897). Scales of tax were set by the Schedules to the Insolvency Act 1897.除受托人之外，大律师、事务律师、拍卖师或经纪人等主体就破产财产（insolvent estate）提交的全部费用账单，均须经法院首席书记官审核并核定应缴费用（依据1897年《破产法》第27条）。费用计费标准由1897年《破产法》附表规定。
