Meiotic time course of Histone H3 occupancy in a mutant Spo11F

To study the meiotic dynamic of the methylation of H3K4, in relation with the transcriptomic regulation, we determine the meiotic time-course of H3 occupancy by ChIP-chip in a mutant Spo11F.为探究H3K4甲基化的减数分裂动力学及其与转录组调控的关联，我们采用染色质免疫沉淀芯片（ChIP-chip）技术，测定了Spo11F突变体中组蛋白H3占据情况的减数分裂时间进程。
