The registers record from whom the correspondence was received, the date of the document and the subject matter; to whom it was transmitted by the Inspector-General's Office and when it was transmitted; and the Inspector-General's minute if, indeed, he recorded a minute. This register is part of the same record series as VPRS 10851.
