Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: Issue Linear of the Plan for the Prevention of Predictable Natural Risks of Flooding of the Loire du Val de Cisse in the Indre-et-Loire

Generally speaking, the stakes are people, property, activities, cultural or environmental heritage elements, threatened by a hazard and likely to be affected or damaged by it. The sensitivity of an issue to a hazard is called “vulnerability”.
This object class brings together all the issues that have been addressed in the RPP study. An issue is a dated object whose consideration depends on the purpose of the RPP and its vulnerability to the hazards studied. A PPR issue can therefore be considered (or not) depending on the type or types of hazard being addressed.
These elements form the basis of knowledge of the land cover necessary for the development of the RPP, in or near the study area, at the time of the analysis of the issues.

The data on issues represent a (figible and non-exhaustive) photograph of assets and individuals exposed to hazards at the time of the development of the risk prevention plan. This data is not updated after approval of the RPP. In practice they are no longer used: the issues are recalculated as necessary with up-to-date data sources.

一般而言，风险承险体指受灾害（hazard）威胁、可能受其影响或损毁的人员、财产、活动、文化或环境遗产要素。某一对象针对灾害的敏感程度被称为易损性（vulnerability）。
本对象类别涵盖了风险预防计划（Risk Prevention Plan，RPP）研究中涉及的全部风险评估对象。所谓风险评估对象，是一类带时间戳的实体，其是否被纳入考量取决于风险预防计划的目标，以及其针对所研究灾害的易损性。因此，该风险预防计划下的评估对象是否被纳入分析，需结合所针对的灾害类型而定。
在风险评估对象的分析阶段，上述要素构成了在研究区域及其周边开展风险预防计划编制所需的土地覆被认知基础。
本数据集所收录的风险评估对象数据，是风险预防计划编制阶段内，暴露于各类灾害中的资产与群体的有限而非穷尽的快照记录。该数据在风险预防计划获批后不再更新。实际应用中该数据亦不再被直接复用：相关风险评估对象需依托最新数据源，根据实际需求重新计算生成。
