Number of persons in the municipality’s activity responsibility who stated at the last contact that they are working or practising, divided by number reported in the municipality’s activity responsibilities. Through the municipal activity responsibility, the municipalities are obliged to pay attention to and offer initiatives to young people under the age of 20 who do not study in upper secondary school or carry out an equivalent education. Refers to the second half of year T-1 and the first half of year T.本指标计算方式为：地方政府活动责任范围内，末次联络时自述在职或从业的人员数量，除以该范围内上报的总人数。根据地方政府活动责任相关要求，地方政府有义务关注并为未就读高级中等教育学校或未接受同等学力教育的20岁以下青年提供帮扶举措。本统计时段覆盖T-1年下半年至T年上半年。
