This dataset is primarily designed for performance characterization of silicon-based micro-nano SiGe detector arrays. It includes optical microscope images of the physical 16-channel silicon-based micro-nano SiGe detectors, third-party metrology test reports for the corresponding chips, as well as complete sets of photocurrent I-V curves, frequency response curves, and eye diagrams at specific optical power levels for all 16-channel detectors. Key performance metrics such as responsivity, 3dB bandwidth, optical reception rate, and sensitivity of the devices can be derived from this dataset.
