FMRI and Structural (VBM) study of neuropathic pain

Statistical result (SPM) of each patient of the activation study and of the group analysis of the structural study (CAT12) . SPM batches and SPM.mat are also added. fMRI : Raw data were processed using FMRIPREP. first level statistics were done with SPM12 using the batchstat provided in the directory of each patient. Con_000* images are the one used in the 2nd level analysis : *03 for ALLO stimulation ; *06 for the control condition, *09 for A>C contrast. Some patients had only one run (*01, *02 and *03 respectively) and so the values of the contrast images were x2 (*_double) The paper in Brain Communications is also added.
