The team is led by Manager Lai Min-chi, with Jamie as the on-site supervisor/project assistant, and Chen Zhao-xiu as the administrative assistant handling photography and illustration, as well as other tasks. Chen Yun-ru is responsible for comprehensive administrative affairs. In the Horticulture and Engineering Department, Lai Bing-cheng (Little Lai) manages planting maintenance and construction, while Huang Zhen-xian (Xian Ge) and Zhuang Jia-xiang (Xiang Ge) are also in charge of planting maintenance and construction. You Rong-long (A Long) and Jiang Ming-wei (A Wei) also handle planting maintenance and construction. Lin Ji-wei (Little Wei) is responsible for construction environment maintenance. Other on-site personnel, excluding those listed above, consist of 10 males and 20 females, totaling 30 members. The team holds professional certifications including pest risk assessment, level B garden construction, level B plumber supervision, pesticide spraying operator, and employee training.
