数据包中包括了相关特定技术领域的专利。用于了解有关竞品企业相应领域专利价值现状,了解各企业的技术创新能力、创新水平差异。了解相关行业的技术发展趋势,有助于避免企业重复研发。数据来源:中国专利数据库中有领域发明的专利数据。算法规则:本数据基于 AHP 模型,从被引用次数、专利类型、权利要求数量、文献页数多个价值维度,赋予相应的系数,并将其之和定义为价值,利用IFS函数对专利进行价值判定,用于评价现有专利价值,为本领域技术人员、市场主体、成果转化机构提供技术支撑。算法规则包括:1.专利价值=aA+bB+cC+dD。a、b、c、d相加之和为1。A表示5年内被引用次数,B表示专利类型,发明为5分,实用新型为2分;C表示权利要求数量:D表示文献页数。最后得出来的分数取整,即四舍五入。
The dataset contains patents from a specific technical field. It is used to investigate the current status of patent value of competing enterprises in the corresponding field, as well as the differences in technological innovation capabilities and innovation levels among enterprises. It also helps grasp the technological development trends of the relevant industry and avoid redundant R&D for enterprises.
Data Source: The patent data covering invention patents in the specific technical field is sourced from the Chinese Patent Database.
Algorithm Rules: This dataset adopts the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) model. Corresponding coefficients are assigned to multiple value dimensions including citation count, patent type, number of claims, and document pages, and the weighted sum of these values is defined as the patent value. Then the IFS function is used to determine the patent value, so as to evaluate the existing patent value and provide technical support for technical personnel in the field, market entities, and technology transfer organizations.
1. Patent value = aA + bB + cC + dD. The sum of a, b, c, and d equals 1. Specifically, A represents the number of citations within 5 years; B represents the patent type, with invention patents scored 5 points and utility model patents scored 2 points; C represents the number of claims; D represents the number of document pages. The final calculated score is rounded to an integer.
