对平阳县农贸市场流通领域中笋干开展快检，对笋干开展二氧化硫项目检测，从而为合格率评价提供事实依据，为政府监管、消费者购买提供参考和技术支撑。1.数据采集：在全县范围内的农贸市场随机抽取笋干，对其二氧化硫展开分析调查。2.数据检测：采用GB 5009.34-2022《食品安全国家标准 食品中二氧化硫的测定》国家标准，对笋干开展二氧化硫项目检测获得相关数据。3.数据处理：筛选出二氧化硫问题项检测结果，进行不合格率的评估。全部样品不合格率=全部样品不合格数/全部样品总数；具体市场样品不合格率（如：AD市场样品不合格率）=具体市场样品不合格数/具体市场样品总数。通过对全部样品不合格率的分析，了解笋干中二氧化硫现状，通过对不同市场样品的不合格率的分析，了解哪些市场样品的不合格率比较高，为消费者的健康饮食提供数据参考，也为后续工作中确定需要重点检测对象提供指导。
A rapid detection campaign was carried out on dried bamboo shoots in the circulation sector of farmers' markets in Pinyang County, with the detection of sulfur dioxide as the core test item. This work provides factual basis for qualification rate evaluation, as well as reference and technical support for government supervision and consumer purchasing decisions. 1. Data Collection: Dried bamboo shoot samples were randomly collected from farmers' markets across the entire county, and an analytical investigation into their sulfur dioxide content was conducted. 2. Data Detection: The national standard GB 5009.34-2022 *National Food Safety Standard - Determination of Sulfur Dioxide in Foods* was employed to detect the sulfur dioxide content of the dried bamboo shoot samples, generating relevant test data. 3. Data Processing: Test results indicating abnormal sulfur dioxide levels were screened out for unqualified rate assessment. The overall sample unqualified rate is calculated as: number of unqualified overall samples / total number of overall samples; The unqualified rate of samples from a specific market (e.g., unqualified rate of samples from Market AD) is calculated as: number of unqualified samples from that specific market / total number of samples from that specific market. By analyzing the overall sample unqualified rate, the current status of sulfur dioxide content in dried bamboo shoots can be clarified. By comparing the unqualified rates of samples from different markets, markets with relatively high unqualified rates can be identified. This work offers data reference for consumers to make healthy dietary choices, and provides guidance for determining key detection targets in subsequent supervision work.
