Green Bay, Lake Michigan dissolved oxygen cycling datasets

Green Bay, Lake Michigan is a region of the Laurentian Great Lakes that experiences seasonal hypoxia. From 2009-2015 a number of experiments were carried out to better understand the drivers of this hypoxia. Datasets included are stable isotopes for deuterium and oxygen-18 from 2013-2014, water column profile data and apparent oxygen utilization calculation data from 2011-2014, sediment oxygen demand experiment files and aggregated results with temperature corrections from 2009-2015.
