Gut microbiome of 50 Japanese adults

This project investigates the relationship between gut microbiome and fatigue in the context of healthy. Fecal samples were collected from healthy Japanese adults and fatigue assessment were conducted in the same time. Using whole genome sequencing, we characterized taxonomic and functional characteristics in the gut microbiome.
