Code underlying the publication: Arterial input function estimation compensating for inflow and partial voluming in dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI

This is the Matlab code designed for simultaneously correcting the inflow and partial volume effects (PVE) for arterial input function (AIF) measurement in dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI. It includes a demo with an measured AIF contaminated with both inflow and PVE. With the designed functions, the contamination could be removed and an ideal AIF could be reconstructed.本Matlab代码专为动态对比增强磁共振成像（dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI）中动脉输入函数（arterial input function, AIF）的测量任务，同时校正流入效应与部分容积效应（partial volume effects, PVE）而设计。该代码包包含一则演示示例，其中使用了同时受到流入效应与部分容积效应污染的实测AIF。借助本代码中的自定义函数，可去除上述污染并重构得到理想的AIF。
