Transcriptome profiling of the aorta from NPR1 knockout heterozygous mice

To investigate the mechanism of NPR1 regulating vascular function, we established NPR1 knockout heterozygous mice by CRISPR-Cas9. We performed high-throughput RNA sequencing to analyse the transcriptome of the aorta of NPR1 knockout heterogeneous mice.为探究NPR1调控血管功能的分子机制，本研究利用CRISPR-Cas9技术构建了NPR1基因敲除杂合子小鼠。随后，我们通过高通量RNA测序技术分析了该小鼠的主动脉转录组。
