社会实践

社会实践以社区健康服务为载体，让我走出校园，真正走进基层、了解社会。从最初制定调研计划、设计问卷，到走进社区与老人沟通交流，再到整理数据、制作健康手册，每一步都充满了挑战与收获。面对老人的疑问与顾虑，我学会了耐心倾听、用通俗易懂的语言传递健康知识；面对调研中的困难，我也学会了灵活调整方案、团队协作解决问题。 这次实践让我真切感受到，健康科普不是简单的知识传递，而是需要结合不同人群的实际需求，提供有温度、可操作的指导。我也深刻体会到，作为青年学生，我们不仅要学好专业知识，更要将知识转化为服务社会的能力This social practice, carried out via community health services, allowed me to step out of the campus and truly immerse myself in grassroots communities to gain an in-depth understanding of society. From the initial stages of formulating research plans and designing questionnaires, to visiting the community to communicate with elderly residents, and finally to sorting out collected data and producing health brochures, every step brimmed with both challenges and rewarding experiences. When confronted with the elderly's questions and concerns, I learned to listen patiently and convey health knowledge in plain, accessible language; when facing difficulties during the research process, I also mastered how to flexibly adjust the research plan and collaborate with the team to resolve issues. This social practice has enabled me to genuinely perceive that health science popularization is not merely a simple transfer of knowledge, but rather demands aligning with the actual needs of diverse groups to deliver warm and actionable guidance. I have also deeply realized that as young students, we should not only excel in our professional studies but also translate that knowledge into the capacity to serve society.
