Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: Informational perimeters of CANTE’s local planning plan

The informational perimeters of the local planning plan (LDP) are digitised in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG. They represent the geographical information added either for regulatory reasons or for information purposes:
— the information required to be annexed to the planning documents in accordance with Articles R123-13 and R123-14 of the Urban Planning Code;
— information reported on graphical documents for information purposes.
In this dataset you will find information on TYPE 04 (Urban Preemption Right Perimeters) and 05 (Deferred Development Areas) if they appear on the PLU graphic documents.

地方规划计划（Local Planning Plan，LDP）的信息边界，将依据法国国家地理信息委员会（CNIG）的国家规范完成数字化处理。此类边界所承载的地理信息，均出于监管合规或信息公示目的而增补：
—— 依据《城市规划法典》第R123-13条与第R123-14条要求，需附于规划文件的相关信息；
—— 为信息公示目的，标注于图形文档中的相关信息。
若PLU（地方城市规划方案，Plan Local d'Urbanisme）图形文档中出现04类（城市优先购买权边界，Urban Preemption Right Perimeters）与05类（延期开发区，Deferred Development Areas）相关内容，则本数据集将收录对应信息。
