齿轮成形磨削加工后齿面的粗糙度数据集主要面向齿轮成形磨削加工表面完整性研究、增强高性能齿轮动态服役特性需求建设,基于中南大学高性能复杂制造国家重点实验室的白光干涉仪产生,主要记录了各磨削工艺参数下磨削加工后齿面的粗糙度数据。该数据主要用于齿轮成形磨削加工粗糙度计算分析验证,确认磨削工艺参数对齿轮表面完整性的影响规律。
This tooth surface roughness dataset after gear form grinding is developed for the research on surface integrity of gear form grinding and to meet the demands of improving the dynamic service performance of high-performance gears. It is generated using a white light interferometer at the State Key Laboratory of High Performance Complex Manufacturing, Central South University, and mainly records the tooth surface roughness data of gears after grinding under various grinding process parameters. This dataset is primarily used for the calculation, analysis and verification of gear form grinding roughness, as well as to confirm the influence rules of grinding process parameters on the surface integrity of gears.
