ATAC-seq data of miR-195 transduced Ebf1-KO FL-ProB-cells.

EBF1 is crucial transcription factor in B cell lineage and Ebf1 -/- hematopoietic stem cells are arrest in early B cell development and disable to express CD19. miR-195 transduction is able to overcome Ebf1 deficiency and cause CD19 positive cells. ATAC-seq data of these cells provided a new insight into relationship between early B cell differentiation and micro-RNA regulation. Overall design: ATAC-seq was performed on more than 5000 transplanted cells of from bonemarrow of NOG mouse in which miR-195 transduced or not EBF1 -/- FL cells were injected. Data was aligned to mouse reference genome mm10 and peak summits were determined using MACS3.
